Homer White
-
Businessman and newcomer to elective politics, Homer White knows that the problems facing constituents in Central St. Catherine are huge.
But being one who never shirks his responsibilities, he decided that the best way to serve the people whom he loves would be by seeking to argue on their behalf in Parliament.
Himself a St. Catherine man, Comrade White was born on May 30, 1958 in the district of Brown’s Hall. He attended Brown’s Hall Primary, St. Jago High, and the then College of Arts, Science and Technology, where he pursued a career in Business Administration.
Married and the father of six children, Comrade White has been actively involved in politics for the past three years.
A member of the St. Catherine Chamber of Commerce, Comrade White is committed to improving the daily lives of members of the constituency, with a focus on unity warring factions who have been locked in discord over the past years.
By uniting the people first he believes, the path would be created for building the constituency, which he believes is laden with talent that can be put to great use.
