SLAPPING down suggestions that his advisors should have known government would come out the loser in the Privy Council appeal, Prime Minister PJ Patterson, in respect of the original jurisdiction of the Caribbean Court of Justice relating to trade disputes, has reaffirmed plans to establish the CCJ without a referendum.
"I have nothing to apologise for," Patterson declared in Parliament Tuesday amidst questioning from the Opposition benches.
