A buoyant housing sector:

• Completed 10 joint-venture projects for 2,000 beneficiaries
• Fifteen (15) other projects under construction to provide 3,400 more housing solutions
• Infrastructural improvements in inner-cities:
  - Under Operation PRIDE, 18 projects completed at a cost of some $1.8 billion to provide 2,700 housing solutions
  - Eighty (80) other projects at various stages to provide 24,200 housing solutions
    
• Over the past three years National Housing Trust provided 15,750 mortgages to 22,660 beneficiaries and funded 35 projects valued at $14 billion
• Over 10,000 houses built by National Housing Trust since 1997
• Jamaica Mortgage Bank completed 19 projects in nine parishes, to provide 3,200 units at cost of $1.5 billion
